Hi Jesstagirl,
Welcome to GA! This will be quite the change from Albuquerque.
Actually that is a very fair & reasonable price (my rates are similar). Many photographers who start lower don't include hair, makeup or retouching. Or they may not know how to light you to flatter you. You definitely don't want to skimp for these type of portraits. But if you're not shy, I can offer you a deal on your boudoir portraits. I only display them with permission so I'm looking for more ladies who don't mind having their portraits in my portfolio. Here is one I have permission to show. Send me a message or contact me directly through my blog if you're interested.

Hi girls! I'm moving to Georgia tomorrow to be with my fiance and a friend and I REALLY want to have boudoir photos taken before December. We found one fantastic photographer who is doing a boudoir marathon, but the price is outrageous (around $600 for the shoot, hair and makeup, and a disc of images), and I'm wondering if I can find any other in the Atlanta area who is reputable with boudoir pics.
