@rachelmichelle: I noticed that yesterday, and yes, I think you’re right. Everything is searchable if I’m not mistaken! When it comes to boudoir photos, I’d be more apt to private message a curious bee versus posting it!

I don’t think there is.  I also suspect that if you put a photo in a thread and delete it later, it can still show up in a search, even if it won’t show in the thread any more.

I remember one bee posted a link to hers, and then PMd anyone who wanted the password.  Much safer!

@rachelmichelle:  I think it depends on your pictures too.  I’ve posted a boudoir pic from my shoot, but it’s a closeup of my face.  I definitely wouldn’t post anything that wouldn’t be considered PG to PG-13.  Always use caution when posting private things on a public forum.

I don’t put my normal pictures on here never mind boudoir photos. I think  most pictures are nice and don’t show to much. I think when posting things to the internet my thinking is I lost all control of that photo and it can surface anywhere and anytime. This is a public forum and I don’t think it would be that hard to find the pictures.

I had the same initial thought. Also if you are like me, I have the same user name for everything I do so anyone who types this in will see me in my bra.  I try not to be judgemental and the pictures are always classy and beautiful…but there’s a super public factor where I would never post something like that online.  I googled the style of my dress and it came up under google images because I tagged it in the thread.

I had been contemplating writing a similar thread but I didn’t want to face the criticism. I was looking at a boudoir post the other day, and whilst the photos were lovely all I could think was these photos are now out there FOREVER for any old creepy creep to look at. I would not be comfortable with that.  Wedding Bee mostly feels like a safe community because it’s a predominately female forum but in reality anyone can be looking at our posts.

I’m probably in the minority but I honestly don’t care if people can see my boudoir pics. I’m not a particularly private person and I’m fully aware that nothing on the internet is private.

@SpecialSundae:  I’m guessing it’s the girls that post their photos, thinking the pictures will never be seen by anyone except those on weddingbee, that run into problems.  I don’t see anything wrong with posting boudoir pics, I’m just not that brave (weird body issues, hate how I picture, etc).

I won’t be posting any of the super racy pics, just some of the tamer ones from my boudoir shoot. Though TBH, I’m a bit of an exhibitionist and really don’t mind the idea of men seeing me lol.
