I am doing one for Valentines Day! I have a photographer friend and she has a friend who does hair and make up! I am getting a photobook, hair/make up and her files on disc for 125 :) I am not sure if you know any photographers or anything, but if you have the extra money I'd say do it. I am so excited about it
i did it and had so much fun!! i was super nervous but the photographer was just so chill and she is so talented. I was so afraid that i would spend all the money and look like cr@p but i am so pleased with the way i looked! husbands chin hit the floor when he saw them. I would recommend the photographer i used but she was really expensive!

@Misslizzy: YES! Very reasonable if you like her work. I found one girl who will do our engagement pictures and boudoir shoot for around 700 but she is really great and her work is amazing
I had my photo shoot a week or so ago, and I just saw the pictures!!! I had this included in our wedding package, so I'm not sure of her individual rates, but I am only receiving an edited disk of all the photos, instead of getting the album, so I can stay under budget :-)
I am thrilled with all the pictures!!!!

Has anyone done one? How did you like it? I really want to do one for my FI but I don't know of any good ones or how to search for one. I live near NY so I'm sure there are tons... any advice? I don't want to spend more than $300...
