I had the option of the CD with all the images and rights OR a book so I'm taking the CD so I can have them forever and design the book myself. I haven't gotten them back yet though so not sure how many. I'm sure you could buy the CD from your photog... I know the thought of spending MORE money on the shoot sucks but then you'll have them, or explain they weren't clear on the options and see if they'll give them to you. Good luck!
I got the CD with a 5x7 print. I am going to let my husband pick the print. With the CD I was able to make a book for him. The CD had about 120 images.
I got a disc with 76 images, all retouched (thank God!), in both colour and black and white, as well as about 6 images that were fine art edited.
This was an upgrade though - my photographer's basic package just included an online gallery (no disc). The top of the line package (one above mine) included a high quality photo book - I elected not to go with this one and to design my own photobook (I used Adoramapix and it turned out beautifully).
These are definitely important questions ask before you sign on - good luck and I hope you are able to get the images on a disc!

i did not boudoir session not long ago, paid a lot of money for it (in my opinion), as a result i get an album with 20 images, i don't get the CD or anything. did anyone get a CD of their images and how many images did you have on it?
