Anemones come in blue and white, and they have nice dramatic black centers. They would look awesome with your color scheme!
Other blue flowers are hydrangea and delphinium. It might look weird, but you could also dye white carnations blue by putting them into blue water (colored with food coloring).
You can get Hydrangea's in a light blue color...I also think you can get Tulips in a light blue. There are also fillers that can be light blue. I guess it depends when your wedding is,...here is a good link that shows what is available when and photos: http://freshroses.com/aug.html
My colors were lake blue and champagne, so of course I had pink flowers ;) I think flowers are exempted from the color scheme if you want them to be!
What about blue hydrangeas?

hydrangeas definitely come in a light blue. i think there's a shade of blue for irises too, perhaps darker than you'd like tho.
I agree with Mrs DG, I think flowers can be any color you want and can be exempt from the color scheme. Pick what you would like I think!
But there certainly are alot of blue shaded flowers, do a quick google image search for 'blue flowers' might give you some ideas?

My colors for my wedding are a light blue and black. For my boquet I dont just want white flowers but cannot think of any flowers that are a light blue color. Any suggestions?
