For those that have eloped, did you have a bouquet? I’m getting married on the beach, (eloping). It will be just us, our friend who is officiating, and our photographer friend. All guys except for me! Should I get a bouquet?? If so, the only people I can throw it to would be our friend the officiant (unmarried, but a male! but he would totally be game I think to catch a bouquet, he’s cool like that). Should I do it? Should I get flowers? If the superstition is true, I would love for him to be the one to get the blessing of being next in line to get married. What do you bee’s think?

@iloverocks: If you want a bouquet, get a bouquet. Just because you are eloping, it doesn’t mean you can’t have the wedding traditions that you want.

@iloverocks: If you have a bouquet, you dont have to throw it. We had a wedding party and didnt throw the bouquet and even though we only had ~25 guests, I still wanted (and got) a massive $250 bouquet. Get what you want and omit what you dont.
ETA You should still totally get a bouquet and have fun picking it out!!! Its one of the things that really made me feel like a bride!!
