Am I the only one here that is so sick of brides looking back at you - and then (haha) tossing you the bouquet?!?! It's like, yeah I know I am not engaged yet - thanks for the subtle reminder!! I have seriously caught 4 bouquets this year!!

Before we got engaged, my sister literally threw the bouquet at me and I stepped away from it...and it fell on the ground! It's totally awkward...that's why we're not even doing a bouquet/garter toss.

I am tired of the little kids and the old ladies that have been married 50 times catching the bouquet. When will I get my chance? The last wedding that I went too, a person who was already engaged caught the bouquet. I was mad.

Good new: My mama never caught one and she has been married for almost 28 years.

I hate boquet tosses... I don't want to look pathetic trying to spring for it!  My BF and best friend's BF fought each other on the ground for the garter at a wedding... embaressing!!

I *never* tried to catch the bouquet and was usually forced to stand there...there is a really funny picture of my sister's wedding, where me and the other sister are still in the frame but are standing to the side talking instead of watching to catch it!  we're probably the only ones that find it that hilarious though, but HELLO, I was only 16...that's just gross, but maybe they wanted me in the pic as a BM

needless to say, we didn't do EITHER tradition at our wedding and even advertised as such on our wedding website

I like the idea of having a generation dance. But my bf wants the bouquet/gater toss so we may do both.

I'm with you cannot wait. I hate when ppl are like "go on out there!" Like, oh, if I catch that bouquet, my life will be complete. So corny.

I will NOT have that at my wedding. The men aren't forced to go out there, so why are the women???
