So we are doing our garder toss to get lucky by daft punk and we were looking for a very similar awesome new hip song for the bouquet toss that is not the typical bouquet toss song (like single ladies) What are some of your ideas?

- Wedding: November 2013 - St. Augustine Beach, FL
@Waitingbee57: I say go silly and do Ride/Flight of the Valkyries. I would laugh my butt off if I heard this during a bouquet toss. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AlEvy0fJto

@beachbride1216: Ill have to check that one out when I am not at work

I would also laugh pretty hard if you did “it’s raining men.”

@Waitingbee57: we are using the first 30 seconds of the clean version of Ludacris’, Move B****. lol it’s a little unorthadox but it gets the sentiment across

@Waitingbee57: We used Beyonce’s Run the World (Girls). It was fun!

Thank you for NOT using Single Ladies! So over done.
I just used a song I liked since I was young… Cherry Pie by Warrant.

Not modern but I did Wannabe by the Spice Girls, haha. I loved the photo right before the toss, cuz every mid-20s girl likes that song (don’t lie):

@Mrs.LemonDrop: Oh my that would be great.
@CherrytoBee: 🙁 would love to do that…unfortunately. we would have some unhappy people (they are not too thrilled about get lucky.)
@s2bmrscook: I kinda like that one.
@Rubbs: You are welcome. Not only overdone but I dont want a song that says “Up in a club, just broke up, doing my own little thing” at my wedding. We are not up in a club and we are celebrating my marriage. I just think the words are stupid.
@eeniebeans: Another great contender.
@aggie2010: And now I am at my desk dancing and singing in my head at work…I blame you 😀

Have you considered single ladies?
Kidding. haha. I went to 8 weddings last year. Every.single.damn.time. the bouquet toss would happen, the dj’s would play that. I wanted to strangle them all.
As for actual suggestions though – I absolutely love the song ‘home is wherever I’m with you’ by Edward Sharpe because it’s so fun and upbeat… or ‘up up up’ by the givers. Same sort of fun quirky dance tunes!

@Waitingbee57: lol!! Very true 😉

@rex-tographer: OMG NO! lol. I like both of those ideas. I want the song to go along with the Daft Punk Feel and I listened to a few of their songs trying to get some ideas but it just was not happening.
