BOX Invitations!!!! Help! How to mail?

I would go to the post office and ask what they think (they will also hvae to measure and weigh it to tell you how much it would be for postage).  Personally, I would probably wrap it in something like kraft paper.

I’m pretty sure that would have to be in another box or it would get crushed. I’d also check the cost for the postage…

If you’re on a budget, this is not something I would waste money on.  It’s just a regular invitation but inside a box?  That seems unnesessary.  Your postage will probably be several dollars per invitation.

Anything thicker than 1/4″ is considered a package by the USPS, and needs to be processed and priced as such. Because it needs to have the package labeling, your best bet will be to put the invitation inside another box, unless you’re ok with the big printed USPS label. It’s not cheap though.

I would check with the local post office on their rules and regulations. If they require you to put it in another box or mailin envelope will it ruin your vision? Also, if you are on a budget you should know that you are going to get killed with postage. It’s going to be a lot of money for an ivitation that will be thrown out after your wedding…
