@KiKiNH: I have the exact same issue! By your description, it sounds like we may have a similar dress (not to mention the same bra size!) Have you had any luck?

Hello ladies :) wondering if anyone has a dress that has a straight silk top and if they were able to have a seamstress put cups in it. I am hoping for cups that a)blcok the world from knowing I am cold and b) give a little boost as I am not particularly overindulged in the chest area (34B)...my concern is that with the silk, you will be able to see the outlines of the cups. I do have a consultation with my seamstress to discuss however was looking for some feedback from others re: their personal expereiences :) PS back of dress is a low V, as is the front so an undergarment is possible, however will be tricky based on the cut of the dress. Thanks for any feedback!
