I’m not very big either and I got my seamstress to take an old wonderbra of mine, took off the straps and she sewed it into my dress.  My dress was lace up in the front.

I think you could get away with just a normal strapless bra.  It doesn’t seem to cut too low in the back or front that you would need a special bra.  As for a little help 😉 I would just wear a pushup bra like wonderbra or Victoria’s Secret’s Very Sexy bra.  Good luck!!!

Do you want something that will give you cleavage, or something that will add volume to your overall sillhouette? I would suggest going to Victoria’s Secret and looking at the Pink strapless push up. Or you could do shaping inserts with your normal strapless. Hope this helps!

my dress was strapless with ruching across the front and my seamstress sewed in some cups….would that work?

I bought a Wacoal strapless pushup bra that seems to do a pretty good job. I tried having the seamstress sew in cups but it looked a little weird with my dress. I say you should just get a good pushup strapless bra–either Wacoal, or the Calvin Klein ‘perfectly fit’ bra, or a wonder bra. it looks to me like sewn-in cups might not work in your dress, but I’m not sure.
