For comfort, I’d suggest having cups sewn in.  

That being said, depending on what you’re comfortable with, more and more brides are wearing nothing (according to my seamstress who does about 350 dresses/year and a bridal consultant).

I’m a DD and I wore no bra.  I did have a corset dress that had some boning in it.  I was also as bloated as a girl could be on my wedding day (got AF the next mroning)– and my boobs get HUGE(r) LOL—

so don’t panic.
