nordstrom had some, but they run out of sizes frequently. I think they only have the thick ones though.
Maybe start at Jo-Ann Fabrics - and if there isn't one near you do you happen to have another fabric/craft store near by?
EDIT - maybe Target? I got this cup tape stuff that lifts my boobies up, from Target about two weeks ago

Hi bees,
My dress is a little hard to zip up right now, I suspect this problem will be fixed if i take out the bra pad that the seamstress sewn in for freak'n $45!
It's a cheap looking bra cup/pads so not sure why that bridal store charged $45 to sew them in; in any case, i am too lazy to sew myself but now that i have my dress back, i can't zip them up
does anyone have any idea where to buy bra padding to sew inside the wedding dress? i'm going to look for smaller pads to sew, hopefully that'll fix my problem
