Time to get some recognition for all your hard work. Weather you ran a marathon, actually made it to the gym, or did a small at-home work out, let us know!
I’ll go first…
Today I did a 1 hr work out video, 50 push ups and 100 crunches…plus 50 jumping jacks to warm up (hope the downstairs neighbors didn’t mind!) and I feel GREAT!

Good for you Sulli! I’m having a hard time getting motivated today … I just hopped on the scale and I’m down half a pound since my last weigh in so I feel like I can get away with not working out but I know I need a good walk today.
Last week FI and I did 5 miles around Lafayette Reservoir (Bay Area, CA) so I think I may go back there and do 3 today. I’ll keep you posted once I get my booty out the door!

- Wedding: August 2009 - St. Thomas of Villanova Church & the F.U.E.L. House
The mister and I had a great workout today — he ran for his whole cardio and I did elliptical and running. Then, we did an amazing squats workout with free weights. And, we’ve vowed to hit the gym 30 times before our wedding at the end of August — hopefully, we’ll succeed with that goal!

I just mapped the run I’ve been doing on w/e and sometimes on weeknights. It’s 3.75 miles. I did it yesterday morning. And FI and I will run together when it cools off this evening.

Okay so I settled on a 2 mile walk (1 mile back and forth from the grocery store). It was HOT here today so I’m glad I didn’t head out to the reservoir for 3+ miles in this heat!
I picked up some carrots and zucchini at the store to make garden harvest bread (its a Cooking Light recipe only 4 WW pts a piece!) It is baking now and smells delicious!

- Wedding: June 2010 - Tannery Pond at the Darrow School
I ran for 2:00, walked for 1:00 for about 45:00 total…It was so nice out in NYC here this morning, the perfect temperature!

I just got back from the gym where I ran 4 miles and biked 4 miles… PHEW! It’s so hot here in SoCal (temps in the 100s!!), and I swear the AC in the gym was not able to sufficiently cool the entire place. I don’t think I’ve sweated so much in my life, but I feel awesome now! 🙂

I’m going to force myself to sign off the boards for a bit and do a pilates tape. I weighed myself yesterday and I’ve lost 16 pounds since January! Have to keep it up. 🙂

I got up at 5:30 am to workout with my dad who is crazy about fitness. We:
1) Did 8 sprints up a HUGE hill
2) Kettlebell work (it’s like a different type of weight)
3) 50 lunges
4) Core core core!
5) I ran home 2 miles afterwards and did Pilates later that day

guidom29 — that’s awesome that you worked out with your dad. I think working out is so much easier with a motivator. FI really pushes me on our hikes (I am a total beginner) but I never want to let him down so I push myself farther!

went for a half hour run in a local canyon with my mister and the doggie. been a while and wow it hurt.

I am on level 3 of Jillian Michael’s "30 Days to Shred"! I am still on the brink of passing out towards the end but I think so far so good. There sure is no 6-pack in sight though as she says I should have now in the video but ya know, I don’t have to do push ups on my knees anymore.

FI and I have been sooo good. I’ve gone to the gym 5 days a week for the last 3 weeks. I have 9 weeks to go before the wedding. I don’t want to lose so much as I want to tone (well I want to lose but I also don’t want to have to have my dress taken in!). I’ve been doing the elliptical or bike and doing a nice set of arm weights and squats and lunges. Toning here I come! 🙂

I had a busy day so didn’t get as much in as I wanted BUT I still managed to
-50 push ups (I alternate from regular to on my knees every 10)
-30 Mins of turbo jam

Nice job ladies! With 71 days to go I figure it’s time I buckle down and get serious about this workout thing. Just finished day 1, level 1 of the Shred…Jillian kicked my butt, but I am just glad I finally got started. Followed that up with about 30 minutes of yoga to really stretch everything out, feeling good! Hopefully I can keep with it.
