Has anyone here used/using Brasa for their wedding caterers, or been to weddings with them? What did you think?

I know their food is delicious, and I know they're very reasonably priced, and their event coordinator, Ash, seems amazing. But I do have some concerns, so I'm hoping to hear from people with experience about these things:

- They don't seem quite as "full service" as other caterers, which is fine. I just need reassurance that they will pick up empty glasses, clear the dirty plates at the end of the night, replenish the dessert table, etc. Ash says they'd be happy to do it, I just would love reassurance from someone that they actually DO it.

- What do the tables look like? Is it just big chafing dishes on top of a plain table, or do they decorate, etc? Does anyone have pictures?

- The food isn't cooked on site but they seem confident that it travels well. Is this truly the case?

Anyone have experience to share?

Im a MPLS bride too! I havent known anyone to use them for catering yet - but definitely ask Ash about their linens, or maybe the venue supplies the linens? Good luck!

Brasa is sooooooooooooo good. I wish I knew more about what their catering services are like but I have NOTHING but good things to say about them. As for the food traveling well, I do take-out a lot and it's always just as good at home 45 minutes later, for whatever that's worth. Yum!
