When did you start feeling them?  How often did you feel them?

My doctor told me at my 30 week appointment that I was contracting, but I didn't feel any of them.  I felt my first ones at 37 weeks, and the last couple weeks of pregnancy, I felt them daily.  It wasn't painful, just annoying.  At least three or four times they were even timeable at 7-5 minutes apart, and I called the hosptial to find out if I should come in or not.  It was super frustrating.

I started getting them off and on at 28 weeks.  Not painful, just the tightening.  This past Sunday I was getting them every five-ten minutes all day long.  I'm only 32 weeks, so my midwife had me come in to get checked.  Not fun... had to get a shot to stop them!

@tiramisu: I'm 28 weeks now and I'm pretty sure I was having them last night and they kept happening over and over and over.  It was the weirdest feeling.  And it was making me a little nervous, especially since the hubby was out of town, but I seem to be okay so far today.  I see my doctor on Friday so I figured she could check it out for me then.

@Lillindy: I think I've been having them for the last couple of days. I feel a tightening in my upper abdomen for a few seconds and then it goes away. I probably wouldn't even notice but ever since I fell on some ice the other week and they told me I had some contractions (which I couldn't feel) as a result I'm super conscious of everything now. I'm basically 30 weeks now.

I started getting them around 26 weeks or so but they were only mildly uncomfortable and Doc said not to worry as long as they eventually went away. I had them for a few hours a night for about a week then didn't feel them for a week or two and today have started feeling them again- this time they're much more uncomfortable than last...
