haha I have the same problem—I’m not really sure…some of the previews say it’s good for any type of butt (even flat), if I remember corectly but not sure about “real” stories about it happening

What kind of exercise is the Brazilian butt lift? Just donkey kicks and stuff? It sounds scary :O

Squats and lunges did it for me initially. Now, my booty is toning. Darling Husband wants to make sure I DON’T lose my booty though.

The Brazil Butt Lift DVDs have a few programs you can follow – one is for flat butts. I have had great results with it before. It more lifts and shapes than really making your butt “bigger”. Hope that helps 🙂

I dont know what the Brazil Butt lift dvds are, but if you want to build bigger muscle in the butt then higher weight is the better way to start.  At the gym they have leg press machines, or just doing squats with a bar and weight, will build it the best!  High weight with low rep is the best way to build big muscles, low weight high rep is best for toning and endurance.

Heavy Squats and Deadlifts tone and make your butt bigger. When i went heavy my pants stopped fitting, when i went lighter, they fit again. (over months)

I second the heavy squats and deadlifts. Also, try adding heavy lunges in there. Don’t be afraid to crank up that resistance on the elliptical and treadmill, as well.

@holdingthestars:  totally agree. And brazil butt lift is an extremely FUN workout. You work the “bum bum” from all the angles!!
