I see you’ll have mimosas – I’d add pointsettas as well (cranberry and champagne). They’re delicious!

@abbyful:  I would love a white russian at brunch!!  Granted I’m pregnant and a white russian just sounds wonderful to me right now!

I once saw a Bloody Mary station that was pretty cool. They had the basic tomato juice and different vodkas, but then there was all different garnishes and add-ins to choose from: different hot sauces, clam juice, horseradish, celery and other veggies, different kinds of fancy pepper and sea salts, even shrimp!  I don’t even like Bloody Marys, but I thought it was so fun!! ๐Ÿ™‚

I love the idea of the mimosa and Bellini stations, too!

@seven12: YES. This would be the only reason I would need to do a brunch reception. Well.. this and waffles. FI vetoed that idea in the early days. I’m happy with what we’re doing but I still feel a little pang when bees post about their brunch receptions.

ETA: What about adding liquers next to the coffee? Amaretto, Baileys, frangelico, etc, as mix-ins?

I love a shot of Bailey’s in tea.  It’s very breakfasty and delicious!

Me too! I LOVED the idea of a nice, Sunday brunch wedding reception.  I hate the whole party/dj concept. Good idea on the breakfast cocktails! I’m going to use this one. ๐Ÿ™‚
