I have heard great things about the sleep suit, and intended to buy one, but one day after my guy showed signs of flipping, he did, and we had to go cold turkey. He turned into a tummy sleeper and we never looked back. But if you think she’s not quite to flipping, I think Merlin’s would be a good move. I’ve also heard good things about the Zipadeezip.

We did the Merlin’s Magic sleep suit. I wrote a full review of it on my blog, but the TL;DR version is that I still had to tie one or two arms down for a couple of weeks before she could handle just being in the suit itself. The suit worked great as a transition though, as now DD can sleep in just a sleep sack without issue.

We used the sleep suit as a transition. It worked great for us!

MrsWBS:  Another vote for the Merlin suit. However if she truly is rolling over I would try the zippadeezip bc you can safely roll in that.

MrsWBS:  I mean I tied her arms to her body with a swaddle blanket — not I tied them down to the bed 😛

MrsWBS:  i picked up the merlin but its too hot for us to use and we certainly won’t be able to use it when we get to hawaii. I’m going to try the zipadee-zip next. let us know how it goes!

I had this same problem. I weened her starting with 1 arm out for ten days.  Then both arms out for ten days, but keeping her in a sleepsack swaddle so her tummy was swaddled. It worked.

Also, I swear by socks/mitts on the hands!
