I just wondering what you ladies do for breast pain? I use to have issues with breast pain on a regular basis, but since I started taking vitamin E (per my gynecologist suggestion), I haven’t had this pain in a couple a years. I’m not sure if it’s due to the chest work out I did a couple days ago or just one of those months. I also took some Ibuprofen, cut back on my caffeine, took something for delayed onset muscle soreness and put on a sports bra. Any other suggestions?
