Sorry, I don’t have anything to offer. I’ve been looking for the same thing for almost a year now. I finally went out and bought crystal trim that I love and am hoping my seamstress can sew it on to the dress or ribbon in a way that goes all the way around without the ribbon being visible.

sarahalthea:  The ribbon belts can easily be altered by hemming the ends to the right length and adding a hook and eye closure.

I have a friend who bought a sash (for a different dress, not bridal) and her dryer cleaner was able to convert it to an eyelet-closure belt for about $12. It may feel bad to CUT the excess off a $100+ sash, but it worked out for her in the end beautifully! So maybe consider that option?

i quested for something similiar for a bride recently, so I will give you my resources!    several belts available on the site, but you do need $100 for minimum order (not a problem if you need any additional jewelry for yourself or maids, or anything else!)

Ruby Lane!  lots of vintage blinged belts, ranging from $20 to over $600

vintage ones can also be found on etsy:

(don’t know why that last link is so long!)

hope those help!!
