What did your bridal bouquet look like compared to your bridesmaid bouquets? The same but just larger? Totally different colors? One being just white and the other with colors?
As I mentioned in an earlier post, these are probably the top contenders for the type of bouquet we’re looking at for the bridal bouqet –
Our colors are royal blue and orange and I think more than one or two colors in the bouquet would be overwhelming. I also really like the look of monochromatic bouqets
Would it look better to have the Bridesmaid or Best Man bouquets be just a smaller version of whatever bouquet I end up with, have them have a white bouquet to contrast or have something totally different?

Mine was a tad larger with white flowers added.

I’m thinking of having my BM’s have white while I have a white and dark purple bouquet. My reasoning, the white will pop against their purple dresses and purple will pop against mine. Not 100% sure yet. So with yours I would have yours mostly orange with white and then maybe the girls have small white ones???

They were pretty much the same, mine was just larger with added fiddleheads
* Don’t mind the poorly edited pics. I don’t want to post others without their consent. 🙂

My florist suggested that the bridesmaids have the brighter, smaller bouquets in red, orange and yellow. Mine will be a larger version of what they’ll be carrying but mine will be in ivory with soft corals and yellows.

I am having a red rose bouquet. My girls are having white flowers.

mine will be having smaller versions of the bridal bouquet… but mine will be the only one with pops of orange in it! (the orange will match the grooms bout.)

Bridesmaid or Best Man bouquets were all blue hydrangeas, mine was white roses with blue hydrangeas interspersed throughout.

I like the idea of them having a smaller version of yours. Or perhaps you could have their colors be the opposite of yours (if you’re going with the orange, maybe they could have the royal blue?).

I’m only having a Maid/Matron of Honor and it’s a smaller version of mine 🙂

Similar colors but different flowers…

My florist suggested my bouquet not be too bright to take away from my dress. My BMs boquets have brighter pops of color:

BM’s were just smaller versions of mine. I had about 25 red peonies in mine and theirs had maybe 8 or so and also had smaller garden roses mixed in to fill in the gaps from the larger blooms.

I always wanted an all-white rose bouquet, since roses are my fav flowers. My bridesmaids had purple gladiolus, purple orchids, and lilac roses. We all had copper-sprayed leaves. My bouquet wrap was ivory with ivory pearls, and my bridesmaids’ were purple with ivory pearls.
Also, I have seen bridesmaids’ bouquets as smaller versions of the bride’s bouquets and I think they are lovely! It offers a great, cohesive look. Like I said, I always wanted white roses for my bouquet. Luckily for me it worked out budget-wise to have a different, and affordable, flower for my bouquet.
