My bouquet was completely white while my bridesmaids were colorful but they both prominently featured dahlias.
Here's mine:

And my BMs:
I am glad you post this. I am having a small wedding and my sister is standing for me.
I put our boquet order in and ours match but I'm now leaning towards leaving hers with all the pinks and adding more white to mines. But would this look silly considering its only her and I?
I've seen many pictures with the boquets not matching the brides and I love the difference!!!
Good luck!
My girls are going to have the same flowers as me (calla lilies), but in different colors. I'll incorporate their color into my bouquet though.
This is what I want, and I'll have just the Picasso Callas for the girls.

My bouquet was a larger version of their bouquets, but I wanted all red flowers to avoid the red/white candycane look.
I had 3 calla's, 12 roses and some berries. They had 1 calla, 9 roses and berries.
we are matchin in rose color but not stock color and size.. mine is purple and orange theirs will be white and orange. its gonna pop against their plum dresses.
My sister and I carried all white flowers, so her bouquet was mostly a smaller version of mine, except I had several extra flower types to make mine look more elaborate.
My bouquet had a lot more going on in it than the BMs' did. For me, I just wanted everything to coordinate but not necessarily match.

Our bouquets were similiar in that we used the same pieces in each, but mine was all white while theirs had orange. Also, mine had dried flowers while theirs only had cotton and balsa flowers.

Mine:

Theirs:

i think you could go either way. Just depends on the look you are going for.
I had a small wedding, just my sister as my MOH. We pretty much had matching bouquets. It wasn't originally what I told the florist, as I wanted mine to not have any hot pink in it, but it's what appeared on wedding day. I thought it looked fine. Hers was wrapped in Navy and mine in Ivory. Here's a pic

my bms had red roses and purple stattice. Mine had those and pink roses and purple lisianthus

I am having a traditional bouquet and my girls will have purse cluthes with flowers attached.

This was my dad and step mom's wedding a few years back, but we all had the same bouquet, ours was just smaller then my step mom's.
They were all orchids, but mine was a bit larger and had roses as well:

All of the above!! It deoends what you are looking for! Some brides put more white in their bouquet, some do the exact same ones but one is smaller, some do compeltely different bouquets for every person!! It depends what YOU want.
Perhaps if you give us your colours, theme etc... we could advise you on what would look best given the kind of look you're going for...
I think it is totally up to you and the vision you have. I knew I wanted my girls in blue with fuschia flowers and I knew I wanted white flowers. So they are in navy dresses, the bouquets are hot pink hydrangea, peony and maybe one more thing? My bouquet is simililar flowers, bigger, and in white.

Hi all,
I'm getting ready to go to the florists this coming weekend and I was wondering what ya'll did with regard to flowers. It is appropriate to have the bridesmaids bouquets be miniatures of yours or should they get thier own look?
