TAKE DEEP BREATHS!!!!! Make a list of things that need to get done and check each one off as you accomplish them. It will make you feel empowered and in control. YOU CAN GET THROUGH THIS!!!!

I agree, make a list and try to focus on one or two things at a time. Your more productive that way and will feel more in control.  IF things aren’t absolutley necesary and they are stressing you out, cut it! Your almost there, remember during those freakout moments what the day is all about.

You aren’t the first!  The whole engagement experience was stressfull for me.  Just try to take it easy, ask for help from Fiance, and make lists of what you need to do- and when you will do it.  Then, at work, forget about it.  When you come back to the planning, you will feel less stressed.

Hey date twin!  We have toooons of time, relax!  🙂  I know how overwhelming it can feel when all the to-dos pile up in your head, but the fact is, you DON’T have a million things that have to get done rightthissecond.  There is still plenty of time to get everything done.  Make a list, prioritize the tasks that need to get done first, assign reasonable timelines to get each task done, and make sure to schedule some fun activities where thinking about wedding planning is OFF LIMITS (movies are good for this, I find, especially action-packed summer blockbusters).  Make sure to take some “me” time and date nights with your boo to help keep you de-stressed!

Oh everyone has one.  I had a break down when I felt like all the responsibility was on me too.  You just have to take a break and ask for help.  It will all work out!!
