Yesterday I saw this picture and fell in love:

    bridal headpiece

I've been struggling with the concept of a veil forever, and I think I've decided to just forget about the veil entirely and do something else. (I would love to do something similar to the picture above, but I think my fiance would hate it and its a little too "hippie" for his tastes.) Here are some headbands I am considering and would love your feedback. Our wedding colors are dark forest green, brown, and ivory. My wedding dress looks like this:

    Thanks in advance!

    #1

touch of gold, green rose headband

    #2

Metal leaf and Flower Headband for women and teens

    #3

Vintage Ivory flowers on green Headband

    #4

    forest green beaded flower headband

Darn! I voted number 4 but I meant number 3. I like the little white flowers the best. I think it works nicely with your dress.

I think #3 is the most "bridal-y"   One thing I didn't realize before my own wedding was how great a real hair flower worked.  My florist dropped off an orchid for my hair the morning of the wedding and it still looked grat by the end of the night.  Maybe you could go with a more solid headband and a live flower?

Out of the choices you have I like #1 the best, and the colors are nice with your theme.  I do prefer the softer look of a double headband like your inspiration picture.

Out of the chocies you posted, I prefer #3.  But none of them really jump out to me.

I choose number 2. Love your ideas for headbands... I liked 1 but i'm not sure if it's too trendy.  But it depends on your style... I liked 3 but i feel ike it looks too fake.
