Along with a Coach wristlet, I’ve also bought my girls  a satin pajama and robe set for getting ready the morning of the wedding: capri length pants with a button up shirt which makes it easy for changing after hair is done, along with a knee length satin robe.  It’s good for the classic Pinterest photos too 🙂

I’m putting (hopefully) useful things in their wristlet like oil blotting paper and a mini package of makeup remover cloths, some nail files and nail buffers and the nail polish that I’d like them to wear for the wedding.  I’ve seen a lot of lists of things that people have put in the clutches and honestly, many of them didn’t look like they’d be used.  So, I’d love to hear more suggestions about practical things that I can include.

I also bought them necklaces, earrings, and shawls to wear.  I’m not going to wrap those up because I feel weird giving a gift that is clearly for my own wedding decor.

Ah – there’s so many possibilities!

wine, cookbooks, themed dinner gift basket, gift cards to spas, restaurants, concert tickets, sports tickets, dvds, nice corkscrews, cocktail shakers, gym bags, hair straightener heat mats, outdoor gear like sporks or drybags, photo albums of memories of the you and them, a belated framed photo of them with their significant other at the wedding, a vase, a novel, a bottle of champagne, microbrews, margarita glasses, selection of teas, gourmet coffee/chocolate/spices, a potted plant

…those should be a few to help you out 🙂

wow…I did something a lot less expensive!!

My girls are receiving gifts customized to them! Bath and Body works favorite scent (bought during semi annual sale), bandaids, little make-up pouches, color books, word finds, earrings, and favorite sweet treat.

Our guys will be getting a beer mug with their name on it, tools (screwdriver, wrench, flashlight), and…something else! We haven’t decided on the last item.

We also have gifts for our cake-baker, ring bearer and flower girl….which are all customized to the individual.

I dont know if that helped you, but we are not loaded so we can’t give expensive gifts.

I gave my girls perfume sticks from Coach with two different scents on either side. They are actually heavenly and I was sad that I couldn’t keep one for myself!

These bags I embroidered, a dress to get ready in, bath and body works lotion and shower gel (semi-annual sale was the bomb!) and a survival kit with little stuff like a razor, shower cap, hand sanitizer etc etc that they may forget.

It took a while for me to collect all of the components but it made it easier to afford since I have 6 bridesmaids and a maid of honor!

Hi All,

We’ve been looking around a lot, here are some of my favorite ideas for groomsmen gifts that we have come across:

Ray Ban Sunglasses – makes a great gift and super cool pictures the next day at the wedding

Luxury Shaving Kit – something every guy needs to do and who couldn’t use a little spoiling

 – Custom Bobble Head Dolls –  Every guy loves bobble head dolls

If you are looking for more good groomsmen gift ideas, this site had a bunch of them.

I got my girls personalized BM frames, personalized bracelet (with their initial on a heart), small thing of lotion, small candle (BBW Black Friday sale was kick ass, wanted to get more!), two AMC silver tickets (I get a discount through my company for all sorts of things), eye shadow palette ($1 at Ulta!), and I will put them all in a bag for them. Honestly I want to make them a mug or wine glass too, or get them comfy spa socks. We will see what time allows!

I had given my MOH a beautiful necklace when I asked her if she would be my MOH, so I don’t feel compelled to do extra in her bag. Is that wrong/cheap? She’s actually been there for me the least so far… (that’s another story).

Girls please give me your thoughts on what I am thinking for my bridesmaid-

I just ordered makeup bags on Etsy that wil have their first name on them, then I found these knot bracelets that I wanted to give them and put “thanks for helping me tie the knot” with them (NOT to be worn on my wedding). I am also getting them matching earings to wear the day of the wedding, and want to make tye dye tanks to wear while getting ready and probably some bath and body stuff.  How does that sound? I also want to get my MOH something a little extra.

We got our groomsmen this 6-bottle beer carrier: https://www.etsy.com/listing/119244526/beer-carrier-perfect-gift-for-birthdays.  They were all big craft beer lovers so it was a great (and reasonable) gift for them! We personlized each one with beers that reminded us of them and then they had a gift they could use again! We also had them put a wall mount bottle opener on the end so it was really awesome!
