my bridesmaids are wearing open toed heels so a few nights before we're going to go to a local nail salon and i'm paying for everyones pedicures, we're gonna bring some wine and snacks I like the idea because we'll be spending time together. And my mom who makes jewelry will be making all of the girls jewelry (necklace and earings) with matching stones but different styles for each girl
I am planning to get the girls Tiffany necklaces but I"m waiting to see if I can catch a sale between now and my wedding. Otherwise I'd be over there tomorrow! I don't think there's a need to wait if you know what you want and won't change your mind.
For the non-bridal party members...we are getting Dunkin Donuts gift cards for our readers (or Starbucks depending on their area of the country). For the parents, we're getting digital frames and a few little things (maybe an embroidered hanky and cufflinks). We're getting a nice bottle of wine for our officiant because we know he enjoys it and he's a family friend.
I have already been picking up my Bridal Party gifts.
Non-Common:
Hostesses- compacts, bracelet, homemade bath salts, and hand written thank you note
FG (Flower Girl) - pearl necklace, and a tote with lots of things to keep her busy during the day
RB (Ring Bearer) - tote also with activities to keep him occupied
MOHs/bridesmaids - royal doulton figurines + a pair of pajamas
Groomsmen/best men - watches from the Fossil outlet store
flower girl - she loves music, so I'm getting her a cute case for her ipod and probably some cd's, maybe an itunes gift card
ring boy - FH and I are going to take him go karting
no idea what we're getting the parents..our photog package comes with parent albums, but I'm thinking about a good sized digital frame and putting our wedding pics on the memory cards when we get them
