Alfred Angelo allows pictures, but I’m not from your area so I can’t suggest any specific local shops- sorry!

@hopscotch:   i do… i do.. Bridal Store in Morristown New Jersey not only allows photos but they take their own, and will upload it to a pc while you are still in the dress (!!!!!!!!!!!!) to see how it photographs.  AND they have a large front window so you can stand in an area of natural light – good for knowing how a dress will look outdoors.

They are wonderful, very helpful and have a great selection of accessories and shoes.  The store *only* has bridal stuff, no bridesmaids, no evening wear, no mother of – dresses, so they have a very large selection at hand.

If you are going as far as central NJ I can recommend a few more stores down here.

I felt the same – no way would I buy a dress if I can’t see how it photographs.

The nordstrom bridal boutique in the garden state plaza allows photos.

ETA: I got my dress at lovely and it was by far the best shop I went to. I went to 10 different shops.

David’s Bridal not only lets you take pics, but at the one I went to the saleslady offered to help me take the pics with my phone.
