I had mine on an outdoor patio of the place that was catering the wedding. They provided the food and it was at a discount. Games were kept to a minimum and people seemed to really enjoy them. We split into groups and each group dressed up one person in toilet paper wedding dresses. People got so creative with them! But mostly everyone was drunk and just having a good time.

I went to one bridal shower….and it wasn’t the greatest. I will tell you why so you can decide on if it something you want to do or not. There were a ton of games, but none of them were really fun i.e. guess the number of jellybeans in the jar, guess what is in the box…. just games that seemed to be thrown in there for the heck of it. Another thing, she had Pampered Chef and Tupperwear reps host the party, they were very pushy about getting us to buy things off her registry, they also turned games into demonstrations of their projects. “Lets watch the bride make salsa with our food processor!”

@PrettyGoldOne:  Tell us something about your sister. Does she have any hobbies? music she loves? places she has travelled? food she loves? Colors?

Do you have any idea where you are going to hold the shower?
