I have been trying to find a casual dress for my shower in March and am having a really hard time. Can anyone suggest good stores to buy dresses? I feel like I have looked at every store out there a hundred times online!

i think it helps to actually go to the mall or stores to look. when i was looking i found dresses online and then went to try them on and they were totally different than what i wanted. i ended up finding mine at target.

Artbee, I was thinking of heading to target this weekend! They always have nice clothes and it will be nice to not spend $200 on a dress.

Ok I know this is going to sound totally lame but..ever been to Dress Barn? The store name is so awful BUT they have a huge selection of dresses at reasonable prices. Their regular clothes can be geared toward older women, but some of their dresses are super cute.

I got a really great dress for my engagement party at Filenes Basement. It had a high retail price tag, but after Filenes discount – it was just in the right price range.

Being online a lot in my business, I occasionally run into some neat sites (like weddingbee!) and one I just saw this week was the Shabby Apple. I thought their dresses were TOO cute, especially for showers. Not sure how it fits your price range, but most I looked at were under $100.
