Is that a small, narrow ribbon of fabric making up the neckline on the second one? If that’s the part that’s too tight, cut the back of it and splice in a ribbon, then tie your own halter neck wherever is comfortable.

Suffering for the sake of beauty went out with Scarlett O’Hara so if this isn’t feasible, pick dress 1. I like the flare of the skirt.

Brittney Neff :  they look like the same dress, tbh. the first one doesn’t look frumpy at all compared with the second one – i know the second is (supposedly) more fitted, but i think that’s just the lining. the lace overlay on the second doesn’t look any more fitted at the bottom than the first does. go with the first dress; comfort here wins when there isn’t a noticable difference in the style.

Brittney Neff :  I prefer dress one

For me I would go with being comfortable as it’s your shower you wanna enjoy it. Not getting angry at the neck of your dress 😁

    Brittney Neff :

I would actually say the opposite. The first dress seems more “mature” ( in the best possible way ). The 2nd dress, in addition to the neckline, I’d imagine you’ll spend the afternoon tugging it down every time you stand up. Definitely dress 1. It’s gorgeous on you and extremely flattering 😊

I voted for the second dress, I agree that the fit is more flattering on you with that one. If there is anyway to make that neckline work then I’d definitely go for dress 2 but if it’s way too uncomfortable then you wouldn’t be settling in dress 1 because you look good in that one too.

I’d go with the first dress because it’s more comfortable.  I had 2 bridal showers because FI’s family lives out of state.  I went for looks rather than comfort for his mom’s shower and I was ready to tear that dress off by the end of the day.  My mom’s shower was second and I wore something way more comfortable but still super cute.  Because those dresses are so similar I say stick with the first.

THey look so similar to me that I’d easily opt for the more comfortable one

Dress #1 – the top is more elegant and fits you perfectly.  The other one looks like it would pull – especially when you sit. You have a beautiful figure.

Dress number one  definitely, the second looks tight and restrictive and less  attractive generally.
