It probably doesn't matter. Shower invitations aren't sent out 2 months in advance as many wedding invitations are these days. If you are concerned, send out the bridal shower invites first.
My shower invites went out before my wedding invites did. My situation is similar to yours in that everyone who was invited has already received a save the date.

I was wondering if it matters if bridal shower invites go out before or after the wedding invitation?? Most of the women who would be attending the bridal shower are either family or friends who already know the wedding date. Thanks.
