Hey girls... thought this would be a fun post: for a bridal shower in a couple of weeks, I was sent a recipe card to fill out.
What is your signature recipe? Here is mine!:
Recipe:
Cheddar Dill Yogurt Biscuits
-2 cups bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
-teaspoon of salt
-1 tablespoon baking powder
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-6 tablespoons butter
-1 cup plain yogurt
-2 tablespoons dry dill
-1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 450.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Blend in butter with pastry blender or hands.
Stir in yogurt, cheddar and dill until well combined.
Drop heaping tablespoons of dough on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 7 to 9 minutes at 450.
I make these all the time for my husband!
