That's great that you enjoyed your shower so much! What's a ribbon hat? Too bad about the snowstorm, the east coast has been getting obliterated this winter. Maybe being the center of attention will be good practice for the wedding?
Yeah... At least at the wedding I don't have to open gifts in front of everyone though. And FI will be right by my side, which always helps.

I had my bridal shower today! Unfortunately we had a HUGE snowstorm, and some of my flose friends live out of town and weren't able to travel for it. But it was wonderful. I've only ever been to one bridal shower before, my step mom, and so I wasn't so sure about the whole ordeal. I knew I didn't want a ribbon hat (which happened anyway) but other than that I knew nothing. Everything was great except for opening presents in front of everyone, which I hate. I am not good at all at being the center of attention, and struggle in group settings. It was awkward for me, but it was fine. I actually had a lot of fun.
