We don’t have a bridal suite nor do I see myself ever having a use for one.  I wouldn’t be too concerned about it!

I didn’t have one.  Just use the bathroom!

well, if they are offering the coat room, I say go ahead and use it. It will be nice to have a place where the bride and groom (and maybe parents & wedding party) can stash items that dont need to be sitting around – make up, hair stuff, purses, cell phones, car keys, etc. you can always bring a full length mirror to prop up in the coat room in case you need to fix anything. i would just limit who has access to it, just in case. if the bathroom is that small, this would also be a good place to stash a day-of emergency kit (sewing kit, safety pins, etc.)

I used mine.. A LOT.  I had basically a living room and then a huge bathroom just for me.  The whole bridal party kept their stuff in the living room and that’s where we waited before being announced at the reception.  Also me, my dress, and my MOH wouldn’t have fit in the normal bathroom stalls so I was glad for the big bathroom.  We had a lot of trouble with my bustle so it was nice that I had somewhere to get away from the crowd so my MOH and her mom could basically sew it back together.  I would definitely take them up on their offer to open up the coat closet.
