I'm planning on it. I need to go pick up an order from a shop that has a wide selection, so I'll probably poke around there or do some shopping when I have my dress fitting. Haven't purchased one yet, though.
I'm knitting a wrap, but I'm also considering having a bolero made from my mother's wedding dress.
my wedding ensemble included a lace jacket, but it was much more convenient at the reception to wear a shawl as the drafts were inconsistent and taking rings on and off each time I donned or doffed the jacket to avoid snagging on the slim sleeves was a nuissance.
I didn't actually plan on it. My mom happened to have a cream shawl with a metalic border that my grandma had brought back for her on one of her travels and she took it out the day before and suggested it to me.

I was thinking of getting a shawl or pashmina or maybe even a little cardigan or bolero...not for the ceremony, but to wear at the reception if I get cold. Is anyone else wearing something like that? Where did you get it?
