I went with non-traditional dresses; we got them on sale at White House Black Market.  If you aren’t necessarily looking for traditional bridesmaid dresses, I suggest checking these stores out; Norstroms, Macy’s, and others that are similar have some good choices too.  Also, there’s a site called gojane.com; check under the formals section.  Most of their dresses are under $80, but they have limited sizes and colors, so visit often.  Oh, and a word of warning, some of the dresses are kind of…..tacky/trashy looking b/c they aren’t specifically designed to be bridesmaid dresses.  I know two girls that purchased bridesmaid dresses from them though, and they were happy.  J. Crew and Ann Taylor also run fantastic sales, but you may have to wait a while.  Good luck!

I remember reading somewhere that a bride found dresses for a great price at H&M.  If you know a style that you like, you might try netbride.com.  I think that site might have good prices.

I have a great tip!

I just got my dresses the other week.

J Crew has dresses on sale.

I got the "Sophia" and it was marked down from $165 to $49.99!!!

Look online under the sale section and there are some great deals.

ALSO….call them and nicely ask them to allow you to return the dresses if they don’t work. I didn’t know if they color was going to be right when I got it and I didn’t want ot just throw away money. The sale says that everything is "Final". But I geuss they are known for really good customer service and I have no problem getting them to let me return them.

But I didn’t have to.

They came and they were perfect.

TWO dress for $100 !!
