I think you'd look great with side swept bangs! = D I haven't looked at hair pics yet but I plan to have my bangs down. Can't wait to see what others show you!
I can't remember what bee posted this photo, but I saved it because I love her hair and she has cute side swept bangs :)
I personally wouldn't do striaght across bangs. I have them now and I love them, but I plan to grow them out before the wedding. They just get messed up too easily and I wouldn't want to not love a wedding picture because my striaght bangs decided to part in two random places...
Just my personal experience, though. I plan to have side swept bangs.
I am debating growing our my bangs, or keeping them side-swept (I have also had straight across bangs) ... so I have collected a bunch of different inspiration pics that I will attach. I will say that for your face shape side-swept bangs will be much more flattering than a blunt bang ... maybe something like this:

As far as updo's go ... here are some pics I have with bangs:

I have straight-across bangs, and this is the photo I am taking to my hair trial:

I am really contemplating on "making the cut" with either side swept bangs or bangs that are "straight on" across my forehead. I am in need of some inspiration before I take the plunge...or the snip. I really think that this would soften the look that I am going for..."the bridal look". I always pull my hair back now...and really want to try something different. What do you think??? ;-)
