I’m not using it but thought about it! There’s a nice crescendo near the end of the song from what I remember that will work well for you to make your entrance. Not sure of the exact timing. Maybe start it, have your parents be seated, then bridesmaids, then you!?

I used it in my wedding. My mother, mother-in-law, and bridesmaids walked down to it, and I started walking at the crescendo towards the end. It takes a little practice with timing, but it worked beautifully

I am using, put Christina Perri’s version with the lyrics in it, I am having bridemaids and myself walk down to it as it is such a long song

I’m walking to it but intend to have my bridal party and parents enter on a different song. I’m using it as the “wedding march” and when the traditional wedding march is played no one else enters on that song other than the bride so thats what I’m going for.  Not sure what everyone else is walking to yet.

@FutureMrsJohnston:  I, too, am thinking about doing this song for that….but I’m unsure of when to walk in. I thought about the  crescendo part but I kind of want it to be a big opening. Who knows. I have a year to figure this out! 🙂 I loveeeeeeeeeeeee the instrumental though.

@mrsdfarrar6714:  That’s exactly what I have been thinking I will do as well!  I just have to choose the right song for the Bridal Party to enter with…

I have loved this song since I heard it the day it was released online for the Breaking Dawn soundtrack.  I’m honestly VERY glad that the song was never used in the movie, because it doesn’t SCREAM Twilight.  Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big Twilight fan, but I’m not having a Twilight themed wedding in any way…LOL  My FI really likes the song and doesn’t know it was affiliated with Twilight in any way, and THAT’S a good thing!

The wedding party is using this, and I’m using piano joe’s bridal chorus
