Technically 150 of them are hers. I would talk to her about it and  at worst give her her half (or pay her for her half) and each get your own. Then sell yours to the person you have already made arrangements with.

How much money are we talking for the bridesmaid dress? Was it special ordered? Are you sure she can take it back? Regardless, there really is no good reason for her not to give you your money back if she kicked you out. I wouldn’t really care about being friends with this person in the future because she doesn’t sound very nice.

If you are scared she will keep the chair covers, I think your only option is to tell her you will no longer share them and she has to get her own. That is the only way you can be sure you have them all to sell to the other bride.

If you bought the dress she needs to give it to you. It’s yours to do with whatever you’d like (keep it, take it back, sell it).

 

Just give her whatever money is owed for the chair covers – it will be a hell of a lot easier that way.
