@akitty81:  If its fitted and altered probably, I think she will look great. 150 is not huge at all – even at her height! Or, another option would be to choose one color and have all of your girls select their own style. I decided to go this route as everyone has different body types and preferences.  I want them to be most comfortable – so Im just choosing the color (and possibly fabric, not sure).

It is beautiful!!! I have two BM’s the same height with very large busts and we chose a strapless dress as well. It was from Impressions. We just got them in and they have to tailor them more then the other girls bec the size was really large to accommodate their bust, but they love them!

What I did was have my Maid/Matron of Honor try on dresses first. Of course everything looked great on her, but if anything made her chest the focal point we kept on looking… and it worked out great. The key was that the bodice had boning and then the dress was A-line and accented the waist.  I was the most worried about then the whole time and was so relieved that they loved them, too. Plan B was to have the girls wear same fabric/color in different styles.  The worst is when I see BMs at a wedding and there is a poor girl hanging out of her dress in the front, or spilling out of the back.  There may have been other styles I preferred, but I compromised to get as close to the look I wanted while having them feel pretty, too. Win, win.

Actually, I would like to wear the Bridesmaid or Best Man dress you picked out and wear it for myself! Love it.  Hopefully all goes well when they try them on.

I think this would look very flattering on her – If she is having it hemmer, it may help to have straps added on with that extra fabric (I’ve had to do that in the past with strapless dresses…)… But, I think it would be a nice shape for her, once properly altered
