Shoes!
Anything more might look a little costume-y. Everything you are doing already matches so much. Too much might be overkill.
The girls will already be wearing silvery shoes. And they get to pick their own, so they won't match in terms of shoes.
I'm going for a formal, and classy... so I want them to look uniform. Or mostly uniform.
I would not suggest adding a chain...that dress looks beautiful as it is!
I don't think that color coordinating everything and making everything really uniform and matching necessarily equals formal and classy. In fact, I might go so far as to say the opposite. If formal and classy is what you are going for, I would hold back on a lot of the extra matching and color coordinating.
For something like that I'd give your BMs all a silver clutch to carry or something like that. That does forgo flowers though....
The dress looks like it has a silver pendant on the hip, which adds that punch of silver w/o overkill. You could also have your girls wear a cute silver headband! Here are two, one is a little flashy and the other is simple & elegant.
I agree with some of the above. You don't have to colour coordinate everything. Looks like there's a small jewel in the sash? That would pick up the grey colour nicely?

My wedding colours have officially been chanced to Purple (indigo-ish purple so it's really more of a blue) and Silver. My fiance and I think it would be nice to have my side in purple with silver accents and his side in silver with purple accents.
So the men's tuxes (on his side) will be black with a silver vest and tie, with a dark purple hankerchief sticking out. He has a Best Woman, and we're not entirely sure what she's going to wear for this yet.
My side is all girls at the moment, but I may be adding a male friend in as a bridesman, but I'll think about that when I get there. So the problem is, the dress that I've fallen in love with for my bridesmaid dresses is a gorgeous purple and I have no idea how to give it a silver accent.
My fiance said we could give it a silver belt or sash or chain or something but I think it might look a little weird. What do you guys think? Any other suggestions? I quickly photoshopped a "chain" into the picture to see what it'd be like. It'sOK maybe?
