My best friend since freshman year of high school is getting married and has asked me to be her maid of honor (yay). The problem is the dress. The dress needs to be long, deep red, and modest (with sleeves and a high neckline). Also, it needs to be under 100 dollars as me and my hubby are a little short on cash and will be paying for the dress. Hmmm, that sounds like a tall order!  This one is inexpensive and seems to meet your other criteria:

Ooo, just realized that has sparkles on it... might not be what you are going for!  Try googling "modest dresses".  Good luck!

www.cocomyles.com lets you build your dress. They are 130, a little more. You can email them for a dress swatch and it should come within a few days.
