Omg, well now. It is a beautiful dress. And you will have to werk it. Now can’t you compromise with her to at least put some sheer fabric in the back so u can wear you foundation garment? I really will look around and see what they have for that type of dress.

BTW I think your friend was pretty inconsiderate in choosing a dress if you should be wearing a bra, but can’t…

Is there any way you could have cups sewn into the dress? I would be so annoyed…

@fabange:  Do things like that actually hold, though? And are they made in larger sizes? I love keyhole backs, but NEED a bra. I’m a 44DDD. Mist of those that I’ve seen don’t cut it.

I’m a DD cup and couldn’t make the stick-on type bras work for me (besides not offering enough support, they came unstuck at the first signs of sweat).

Have you tried on any low-back longline bras?  The boning really holds you up  and it looks like you could use optional straps for extra support with that style dress.

Try one on and see what you think.  Barring that, it might be time for a BM mutiny. 🙂

I’m a 38 FF and the adhesive bras have NEVER worked for me. I’d try and find a low-backed bra as a backup and ask the seamstress about sewing in cups.

I feel your pain- I had to deal with this in April.
