I tried Here Comes the Bride when I was looking for dresses. I didn't end up ordering from them (we ended up with Jenny Yoo dresses instead), but the shopping experience was quite nice. I bought my own dress from RK, but every time i'm there for Bridesmaid dresses, I just find the store too overwhelming. All the bridesmaids dresses start to look alike, and then when you find one that you 'do' like...it's never in the color you need. At Here Comes the Bride, the staff was actually knowledgeble and helpful, which was a nice change from RK. The selection is much smaller there, but many of the BM dresses are so similar, they don't need to be repeated by multiple makers. I'd make an appointment and take a look!
Hi - thanks for the suggestion! I agree about RK bridal - I went there when my sister got married a few years ago, and they have a huge selection but it's totally overwhelming. I'll check out Here Comes the Bride. 
I went to Jenny Yoo and while I think their dresses are lovely, and did order from them, I am really not impressed with their customer service. The ordering process was complicated and they were not very helpful. Now the dresses have arrived and two of them are absolutely huge on my bridesmaids. One of them is so enormous that we will have to BUY ANOTHER DRESS. They will not exchange it, the best they say they can do for us is to sell us another dress at half price -- the dresses were $300.
We got our Bridesmaid dresses from Here Comes the Bridesmaid and it was a great experience!
I agree with PP's about Here Comes the Bridesmaid and RK Bridal. I love the dresses we got from Here Comes the Bridesmaid and they were super nice and easy to deal with!
I don't live in New York but I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Coren Moore. They have been wonderful to work with!

Hi Bees!
Just wondering where fellow NYC bees did their bridesmaid dress shopping. When my sister got married, we browsed at RK Bridal and some stores in NJ before ordering online from Netbride. I was thinking of visiting Here Comes the Bridesmaid - has anyone ever been there? Any other suggestions?
