Netbride.com, from what I understand, is very reliable. I contacted them a few times for quotes and their prices are great too. Good luck :)
I ordered my BM dresses from netbride.com and was very pleased with the process. I haven't gotten them yet, but they are due by May 1st at the latest (and I ordered them Jan 31st). After I placed the order online they sent me an email to verify all sizes, colors, addresses, etc. I'd definitely recommend them! And they were about $150 cheaper than the bridal salon (that's including shipping and extra length).
