I think it is a lovely dress and the black looks great!! I say go for it!!
Seeing your wedding is in October I would go with the first or the last!
i think the lighter brown would be for an august/sept wedding, but that is just me!
I like the first...the color looks very striking on the model. Might depend on your BM's skin tones though, not everyone can pull of all shades of brown.
I didnt think about skin tones! Yea sometimes black washes people out (makes them look like ghosts!) so I'd be careful with the black dress!
Be careful with the brown, too! Wearing brown makes me look like walking death... I'd check with your ladies, first.
I think the best advice would to have all your bridesmaids try on all three and see which one is best then go from there!
Did you ask the girls their opinions on the dresses and colors? I would say the black dress because then they would have a new LBD they could hopefully get lots of use out of. From what I do know from family, though, I'm not sure if they'll like the fact that the dresses are strapless because it might not hold them up properly...so is there an option to add a strap to this dress?
I showed the dresses to my sister (who is a bridesmaid), and the MOH. I'm going to FI's house tonight, and I'm going to ask his sister what she thinks (she's a bridesmaid) The fourth bridesmaid, I haven't heard from in a few weeks. But she's the only one that is thin.
As far as skin tones. It varies. The MOH, and my sister are light-brunettes. One BM is blonde (but goes to the tanning bed), and my FSIL is a red-head.
So, as far as that goes, I thought about the MOH wearing the black, with dark brown. Then having the other three girls wear the opposite (1st dress with black). I talked to her last night, and she liked the dresses, and the black.
The dress doesn't come with the strap option. But we'll figure out something. I'm just trying to figure out colors, and what doesn't make the girls feel like they look bad. (I'm a people pleaser, lol)
I would def. ask your girls what they think - I'm the same as some of the PP's in that my skin tone would look horrible with the light brown, not terrible witht he darker brown, but best with the black. I feel like you can't go wrong with black.

So tell me what you think girls. I'm posting this picture of a dress, in three different colors. I couldn't change the ribbon color on the site, but the first dress, the ribbon would be the same color as the second dress. Know what I mean? The first two dresses would be the opposite of each other. And the colors would match the colors in the men's vests.
Now, the black dress. My mother and I thought it looked nice, because the guys are wearing black pants, white shirts, and the camo vests. The brown of the ribbon will match the brown in their vests. I think it would look nice. And for a touch, the girls could wear white dress shoes. What do you think?
Three of the four girls are considered "plus-size" and I think this dress would look nice on all of them, and compliment their shapes.
