If I were your bridesmaid, I would not like this dress because it appear to be very short.  Otherwise, I think the style of the dress sounds like it would work for your wedding.

i think this dress is super cute & can be worn again..i see your wedding is in september..so on the offchance it is a little short for some girls..maybe they can wear tights/boots or something of the sort? paired with a cute belt and there ya have it..you cant beat a $50 bm dress!

Personally, I like it, but you know your ladies better than I would. I would not get it for my bridemaids because I know a couple of them would not like it because it looks so short. Show them a picture and get their opinions 🙂  Or, if you like that colour and style, see if you can find other dresses similar to chose from, so they all can get a dress that they feel comfortable in.

It is a cute dress and the price is great!  But, I agree with what others said, it seems very short and looks see through on the bottom…

I think it’s too short, no matter that it’s outdoors and/or casual. I’d consult with your BMs to see if they mind this, before even buying just one. If they don’t mind, then go for it. But I do think it’s a bit too bland.

It seems to be too short and unless your girls all have the same body type I think the cut of the top will casue issues. It’s one of those cuts that doesn’t flatter everyone. Personally for me, I like it though and can’t beat the price!

I agree with the PPs that it is cute but looks really short.  Maybe the website pictures aren’t showing the length very acurrately though.

i think its gorgeous but i agree with other posters that it is probably a bit on the short side

i dont think the cut would flatter me, either, and people say i am “thin”. i can see this hanging on peoples stomachs and it might be a problem.

could you buy it to get a better idea of how its made? and if you dont like it, take it as a loss and send it back?

33″ from top of shoulder??  That dress is short short short.  I could never wear it.  The length might cover my butt but there wouldn’t be much left over.

Returns or exchanges with ruche are super easy! So I would possibly buy one and have the girls look at it, and figure out if it is too short. If you have to, you can always return it or exchange for a different dress.
