I think you’re fine. Especially since you’re covering hotel expenses. Maybe just add a nice personalized note to each of them telling them how glad you are that they are your bridesmaid!

@Brooklyn55:  Honestly, I have no idea what “amount” you should spend on your girls (it seems like it’s all over the place), but it sounds like you have a pretty nice gift put together for them.  My girls are all in CA (I’m in NC) so we didn’t do a shower or a bachelorette party (we went out to dinner together instead), they’re staying with me for the wedding, and they didn’t need to purchase dresses, shoes or accessories.  We’re doing each other’s make-up/hair and so far I’ve gotten my girls a mini emergency kit, made them earrings and necklaces, sewed them coin purses, and I’m adding gift cards from Sephora and VS then putting this all into Coach wristlets for each girl.  I only have 2 BMs though, but I plan on spending 75-$100 on each.

@Brooklyn55:  You are totally set.  The gift bags sound creative and fun, I know I would appreciate it if I were your bridesmaid.  Also, gold star for making your gifts super economical by couponing!
