Honestly- I’d just pass on it. You’re talking something to wear for an hour tops. If anything, go for the robe. But remember that anything ‘gifted’ for pictures isn’t as much a gift as it is a prop.

I got my girls blue tank tops.  They will wear them as we’re all getting ready and for pics. I didn’t personalize them with anything so that they can wear them again and again. Oh and they stretch so they don’t have to take them off over their heads.

I actually just bought my girls personalized robes from The Knot and they weren’t too expensive.  I just received them last week and they actually turned out much better than I thought!  I’m really excited to see how my girls will react.  Just like you, the robes are only part of their gifts so I understand the point of keeping it as low as possible.  I figured it would still be considered a gift (as well as a prop) since they could/would absolutely use it after the wedding so I didn’t feel as bad knowing that it’s also a “prop.”  I looked into hoodies and other “getting ready” attire but found the robes were the most reasonably priced and what I considered to look the best.  Hopefully that helps!

I got my girls the Cotton Mayfair Sleep Shirts from Victoria’s Secret. They are a bit on the pricey side at $32.50 each. I spent about $200 per girl but if you are getting this and not much else its a great gift and it isn’t expensive. My girls LOVED them!!! They talk about how they wear them all the time. Plus they are ADORABLE for photos!!
